Q: How can you offer luxury accommodations for
so cheap?
A: We own several timeshare properties.
We rent these weeks out at the actual resorts we are members at or we
can trade the weeks with an affiliated travel exchange company like
Sunterra and
exchange for resorts all over the world.
Q: What does the price cover?
A: The price is the total price for Lodging
for one week (less any small resort fees like cleaning, parking etc, if
any) and includes in most cases the resort tax.
Q: What about airfare, meals and car rental?
A: We don't offer air flights or car rental
services. Flights, car rental, meals are NOT included.
Q: Do you offer All-Inclusive Resort?
A: Some, especially in Mexico, but they
can get very expensive. We prefer non-inclusive resorts so we can
eat what and where we want to.
Q: What days of the week can I check-in?
A: Most resorts require Saturday check-in
for 8 days/7 nights. A few resorts offer Friday, Saturday or
Sunday check-in.
Q: Do you offer nightly rates?
A: At this time we mostly offer weekly rates.
We can offer 4 and 5 night vacations to Las Vegas. We hope to offer
more nightly rates in the future.
Q: Can I get a discount if I check-in late or
check-out early?
A: You are welcome to check-in late or
check-out early but please let us know so we can inform the resort.
We don't offer any discount on late check-in or early check-out.
Q: How do I know I will get what I pay for?
A: Once we receive your payment we book
your reservation either directly with the resort upon which we get
immediate email verification or online upon which we get immediate email
verification. We will email or fax (your preference) confirmation
that your reservation has been booked the same day we receive
payment. We only accept secure payment, no checks or money
orders.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept Visa/MasterCard and
PayPal. Both help make immediate payment safe, easy and secure.
Both Visa/MasterCard and PayPal offer free Buyer Protection just for
using them.
Q: Do you offer refunds? Can I cancel?
A: No, all sales are final. Once we
book your reservation there is no refund. We would only refund
your money if we were unable to book your reservation as promised.
Q: Can I change my week?
A: Once a week is booked you can't change
it or get a refund. You can make any changes you like before your
reservation is booked.
Q: Can I book more than one week?
A: Yes, you sure can. You can book
two consecutive weeks in a row or at different times. Take $50
off when you book two or more weeks at the same time.
